Sergio Herrera, broker, and owner of Century 21 Papagayo.
Originally from the province of Heredia, Costa Rica.
One of his biggest dreams has been to be able to live in the beautiful area of Guanacaste with his family.
He is a business administrator professional, passionate about sales, treating people respectfully and this made him interested in the world of real estate.
Among his hobbies are watching sunsets with his family, doing extreme activities that the place offers, eating healthy, building quality and lasting relationships.
Loves to read, play sports, share with his close friends.

Natalia Vargas
Growing up in Costa Rica, I’ve always had a love for nature and the outdoors, and wanted to spend as much time there as possible. I graduated from college with a degree in Food Technology. My love for food combined with my passion for fitness in outdoor sports such as mountain biking, hiking, snorkeling, etc. have always encouraged me toward practices that would improve my health.
As an art enthusiast, I feel grateful that I experienced living in a strong artist community, such as Camano Island in Washington state. There, I participated as an art student, a live drawing model and as a hostess during openings at the Cassera Arts Premier Gallery, a well-known Northwest gallery. This experience awoke my love for art in all its forms. In addition, I met the most interesting and fascinating people I’ve ever come across, enriching my life with all their tales, experiences and love for life.
In addition, I worked in hospitality businesses, where I had the opportunity to meet customers and make friends from different parts of the world.
These life experiences turned my attention to where I came from, where I love to share with people from other countries my home country perspective, share the Costa Rican culture and what it means to live in one of the happiest countries of the world.

Ana Victoria Guardia
Ana Victoria has lived in Guanacaste for the past 6 years. She was born and raised in Costa Rica, graduated as an Interior Designer from Savannah College of Art & Design in GA, USA. She works independently as a designer and procurement manager for projects around Costa Rica. Ana is a fitness and wellness enthusiast. With the mix of nature, peaceful lifestyle, great community and summer throughout the year, Guanacaste has been her favorite place to live and hopes to share this piece of paradise with you.

Maria Ferman

Since I was a child I love Guanacaste for the great wealth it has as a province, I am very grateful to the canton of Liberia for opening the doors to start growing as a professional, I am excited and passionate about learning new things every day. I am daughter of a warrior woman who with a lot of effort gave me the opportunity to study to achieve what I am today.
Her vision as a mother is to see her children become professionals.

María José Mora Ruiz
Maria Jose Mora Ruiz has a wealth of experience in hospitality management and customer service. She began her career in Dubai’s leading business hotel as a restaurant manager, continuing at the elegant Rosewood Hotel and Resorts in the British Virgin Islands to eventually relocate with her husband to Costa Rica where she spearheaded the Sales and reservations Department at Las Catalinas.
Passionate about food, she is the Founder and Owner of Coquelicot Belgian Waffles & Ice Creams becoming the solo creator of all the amazing flavors the shop has to offer.
Her hobbies are traveling, reading, sports and overall keeping a balanced and healthy life with her husband and four dogs.
With her outstanding skills in customer service, teamwork, leadership, and sales and marketing, Maria Jose is a versatile professional who knows how to deliver excellence.
